You'll thank me later
If you're looking for a cute stay, this charming, dog-friendly spot is ideal! Staff members like Gavin and Yvonne are genuinely warm and eager to help. Its central location is a major plus, with access to nearby attractions. Just keep in mind, this quaint hotel holds some vintage charm that reflects its age.

Great and brilliant location only a short distance to a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Tidy and brilliant room with tea, a kettle and a smoke alarm. Exceptionally nice breakfast choices with bacon sausage, the black pudding and toast, family atmosphere.
Breakfast cold.

The location is convenient to explore Blackpool's attractions.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The hotel itself felt very outdated and not well-maintained, with issues such as noisy plumbing and dirty corners in the room. The staff were aloof and unhelpful at times.

Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an iron and coffee/tea makers.

The bed, pillow and duvet where very comy!
The cost of the room was outrageous considering the standard. Did not get a warm welcome from an eastern hottelier. Felt there was a language barrier there. Breakfast was awful, very fatty. Overall the whole hotel needs bringing into the 21st Century and not the 1950's. Luckily my stay was for a stag doo and i did not have to spend much time in hotel.

This hotel really leaves a lot to be desired. My bathroom door handle was missing, and the tv didn't work. After switching rooms, i ended up with a furnace masquerading as a room. Looking for a bottle of water? Good luck finding a plug for the kettle. I almost thought to leave a good review, but that just couldn't happen.

The staff were very friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed .
The room was noticeably dated and in dire need of a thorough cleaning, with stained carpets and walls.

Great central location for pubs, clubs, shops & attractions. Great all you could eat buffet style breakfast.
bit old and rundown could do with a lick of paint and modernising. on of the triple rooms booked was very tight for space.

Brilliant location, v.close to Blackpool Tower, shopping centre and beach. Very little parking available in Adelaide Street but a multi-storey carpark was only 5mins away. The Hotel was fully booked but the buffet breakfast was served with a minimum of fuss. V.good value.
The en-suite shower was v.small and 1 thin towel was provided per person.

Our stay was mainly to visit some local attractions, with the Opera House and The Blackpool Tower being just around the corner. The room was a decent size and clean, which was appreciated after a long day of exploration. We noticed the new owner is actively upgrading parts of the place, which gives it potential. The staff were eager to help with anything we needed during our two nights there, making the experience a bit more welcoming.

It was close to the Tower.
The Room, the bathroom, lack of hot water, the noise level and the price. Also the owner did not care when we asked about our concerns
